Bibb County Beekeepers Association ("Bibb Beekeepers," "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through bibb-beekeepers.org and how we use it.

What we collect. When you sign up, we collect your first name, your email address, and, if you choose, your mobile phone number. We may also keep basic records of when and how you signed up, such as the date and the consent you gave.

How we use it. We use your information only to send the club updates you asked for: emails about meetings, events, and club news, and, if you opted in, text notices about events and meetings.

Text messages (SMS). If you check the text consent box, you agree to receive event and meeting notices from Bibb County Beekeepers Association at the number you gave. We send up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is never required to join the club or attend a meeting.

We never share or sell your phone number. Mobile numbers and text consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with the service providers that deliver our email and texts, and only so they can send our messages.

Your choices. You can unsubscribe from email with the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP. To ask us to update or delete your information, email info@bibb-beekeepers.org. See also our Terms.
